LOS ANGELES, Aug. 25 (AP) Gerald Gordon, an actor best known for his role as the hot-tempered neurosurgeon on the NBC soap opera "The Doctors" in the 1960's and 70's, died on Aug. 17 of emphysema at a hospital here.
