Charles “Chas” Earl Farmer, Jr., 44, passed away at home on August 5, 2020 in Little Rock, AR. He was born on April 9, 1976 in Shreveport, Louisiana, the son of Charles Earl Farmer, Sr. and Carol Smith Farmer. He graduated from Hall High School in 1994.
